DOR can provide a Member with all tax related forms received by us that are signed. In addition, we can provide a payment record of all money that has been received by the Member and all money that has been paid out to the Member. In cordination with the Clerk's office, records also contain any fine tickets issued.
We can only provide records for the Member themselves, not other Members records. To request your record, please email records@dor.commonsgov.org.
Members can also view their file with DOR using MyDOR. Access your online portal via HOUSE Net.
HCC ยง 2-11-21 mandates the following records be available to the public.
